【Job Summary】

- Food preparation (before business hours), Cooking food menu according to orders - Maintain kitchen hygiene - Support of food cost management, stock control & ordering (mainly handled by Japanese chef)


* Must have working experience in Japanese restaurant. * Must have skill to slice chunk of beef and chicken meat. * Working experience in BBQ restaurant would be advantageous but not a must
