- Input SAP system for invoice.
- Process purchase order, arrange delivery, attend to customer's enquiry.
- Support sales documentation work and other administrative tasks.
* More than 3 years related experience as sales coordinator.
* Proficient in SAP system, MS Excel is preferably.
* Experience of handling high volume of orders in the trading industry will be preferred.
* Mandarin skill: Business level (to deal with Chinese customers).
