- Process request from Sales Division such as inbound request, outbound request, export request and accounts payable input request.
- Follow up on delivery status, prepare export shipping documents and raise billing request.
- Check and monitor warehouse management system and West system interface status.
* Knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel and MS Power Point).
* Knowledge in basic business and logistic flows for transactions in trading house will be an advantage.
* Candidate must possess driving license and own car.
