【Job Summary】
- Responsible for corporate & budget planning, strategy development & implementation, team management, recruitment and business development.
- Proactive in developing and proposing improvement plan to top management.
- Managing, motivating, provide training and close support to recruiters to ensure KPI achievement.
- Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment from business development, sourcing candidates, conduct primary screening until candidate joining.

【Requirements】
- At least 5 years' related experience in recruitment industry.
- Experience in managing a team is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
- Must be familiar with Malaysia Employment Act, market conditions and trends.
