【Job Summary】
Hiring Company Industry: Specialist in Digital customer experience and call center services.
Job Summary:
- Handle both Inbound & Outbound Cals for Main Line, Operator queue and Sales Enquiries
- Assist Service Mailbox enquiries, send sales lead to relevant team
- Raise escalation for the relevant Business Unit for resolution, follow up on status of service request
