Hiring Company Industry: Producer and distributor of premium strawberries

- Maximize production yield through data analysis while designing effective counterstrategies to mitigate risks when a decline in volume is anticipated.
- Provide guidance on proactive pest and disease control protocols to minimize crop loss.
- Develop a deep understanding of our proprietary variety traits and leverage this knowledge to identify, evaluate, and recruit motivated new contract growers.

- Experience in agricultural cultivation OR an academic background in agriculture
- Experience in coordinating and managing internal and external stakeholders
- Good communication skills in Mandarin (communication with contract farmers) & English
