Hiring Company Industry: A Japanese F&B group specialize in operation of traditional "Osaka" style Japanese Izakaya.

Job Summary:
- Floor management; oversee floor operation, inventory control, hygiene and etc.
- Staff management; responsible for staff training, work schedule arrangement, sales calculation and etc.
- Prepare and submit daily report on restaurant activities to management

- At least 1 year experience in F&B management experience, preferably from Japanese F&B culture.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin is required; candidate who possess language fluency in Japanese would be advantageous.
