Hiring Company Industry: A MNC based company specialize in providing advanced document management technologies and Managed IT Services in the local Office Automation industry.
Job Summary
- Participate in salary & benefits survey with vendors & gather market data on compensation related; ensure that compensation is market-competitive
- Provide guidance to NOCs on forecasted salary increment, and support in designing salary framework (sales incentive, salary structure and benefits).
- Responsible for workforce planning and organizing of workshops, inclusive of expatriate management in APAC region.
