Job Summary
- Ensure staffs perform excellent customer service by provide guidance, feedback, and individual coaching
- Oversee food presentation and identify shortages in inventory, ensuring timely restocking
- Conduct regular inspections to determine proper hygiene and safety.

- Minimum 1~2 years of working experience in F&B operation, preferably from Non-Halal environment.
- Working experience as restaurant supervisor/manager is preferred.
- Understand the "Ins and Outs" of a restaurant's daily operation.
