Job Summary
- Monitor daily productivity and quality of output produce by operator and management of operators' daily work routine.
- Planning man power allocation, equipment need to cover by production demand.
- Identify the opportunity of improve production process, prepare corrective action and improvement plan.

- Ideally candidate with related working experience and have basic knowledge to trouble shooting SMT line.
- Basic knowledge in excel.
- Proficiency in mandaring language is required to liaise with customer or vendor from mainland China.
