Job Summary
- Oversee project management and development of new and current projects, renovation and upgrading works.
- Prepare project feasibility studies, analyze consultants Pre-tender estimate, budgeting and others relating to project development.
- Coordination and submission of drawings/documents to Ministry of Housing (MOH), local council and relevant authorities.

- Minimum of 5 years of construction-based experience in managing high-valued projects.
- Knowledgeable on Strata Management Act 2015.
- To have construction knowledge and know how to build high rise buildings.
