Job Summary
- Respond to customers' enquiries regarding the company's advertising programmes.
- Creating and reviewing customers' shopping ad campaigns and dynamic remarketing ads.
- Prepare and contribute to advertiser's campaign performance report, recommend action to optimize campaigns and keyword.

- Minimum of one to three year's experience in customer support in a call centre.
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies in online advertising.
- Fluency in both Japanese (JLT N2 & above), and English languages.
