Job Summary
- Provide application support to business users, managing and resolving regional-specific issues while adhering to global service standards.
- Manage and resolve support tickets related to SAP C4 Cloud and CPQ for a global user base, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Review and understand scripts in SAP C4 Cloud and CPQ (CPQ 1.0), analyze issues, and implement fixes or solutions within multi-region environments.

【応募者に求める条件】
- Minimum 2-4 years of Application Support experience, particularly in cross region environments within SAP HANA C4 Cloud and CPQ.
- Proficient in cloud-based SAP solutions, especially C4 Cloud (Sales, Service, Commerce, Marketing) and CPQ.
- Hands-on experience in AMS lifecycle tasks and incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
