Hiring Company Industry: A MNC based company provides Procurement Services and Total Logistics Solution Services.

Job Summary
- Responding to daily queries via email and/or phone.
- Responsible to handle the supplier registration and master maintenance.
- To promote function to supplier, indirect support to internal procurement productivity improvement

- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service / Helpdesk service.
- Ideally candidate who previously worked at Helpdesk support role from IT industry.
- Candidate who exposed to any kind of Project Management in prior will be an added advantage.
