Job Summary
- Act as primary point of contact with customer to perform on-site routine field services
- Troubleshooting problems and take corrective actions with pre-determined completion date, performance and quality criteria
- Proactively follow up with customer on the schedule arrangement and appointment to meet targeted servicing date

- Minimum 2-3 years working experience in similar functions
- Experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting on Industrial and Medical Products
- Ability to negotiate and commit to meeting customer requirement
