Job Summary:
- Prepare training materials, establish training calendars, and conduct technical training for engineers
- Act as the main point of contact for technical escalations, simulate problems, and deliver effective solutions
- Collaborate with HQ on technical issues and manage spare parts availability across the region

- 3 years’ experience in technical “break & fix” support and at least 3 years as a technical trainer or advisor
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot hardware failures down to component level
- Knowledge of industrial printing applications and basic color management
