Job Summary
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, upkeep, hygiene, and visual merchandising standards
- Drive sales growth, KPI achievement, and effective execution of campaigns and promotions
- Support talent acquisition, lead, recruit, train, and evaluate BMs and store staff

Working location:
North (to cover Kedah, Penang, Perak), South (to cover Johor, Melaka) or Central region (KL, Selangor)

- 5 years’ experience in multi-store retail operations or field management
- Experience in performance coaching and hands-on store management
- Flexibility to travel frequently for store visits and audits
