Job Summary:
- Analyze and optimize the Group’s capital structure; Evaluate and execute financial strategies including equity raises, loan financing, and corporate funding.
- Lead long-range planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes; Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, ROI, and capital allocation.
- Assess financial risks (interest rate, FX, market exposure) and propose mitigation strategies.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, investment banking, management accounting, or FP&A.
- Proven mastery in financial modeling and valuation (DCF, MBO/LBO, comparable analysis).
- Solid capital markets experience, including debt/equity financing and capital structure optimization.
