Job Summary
- Provide technical services and support to clients, ensuring system reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Perform operations and maintenance tasks for cloud environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client IT departments to ensure smooth project delivery and system handover.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the cloud industry or in network/system operations (OS and DB administration).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Huawei, Alibaba, Tencent, AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
