- To receive PO from the customers, handle customers' enquiries, prepare shipping / delivery documents.
- Shipment arrangement and coordination (import and export).
- Follow up delivery schedule with vendors and feedback to customers.
* Candidate who is able to join in short notice will be prioritized.
* Candidate with experience in Shipping/Import and export handling is preferable.
* Junior candidate with 1 - 2 years' admin/ sales coordinator experience can be considered as well.
