【Job Summary】
- To handle all inbound calls pertaining to hotel reservation, travel product information and other inquiries for Korean customers.
- To exceed customers’ expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information
- To be able to provide information related to travel and tours for customers’ convenient travelling.
【Requirements】
Must be native in Korean
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage
- Good command of computer skills / Microsoft Office and typing must be fast both in Korean and English
