- To source and identify potential store development for the Company by carrying out market research (new and existing area/property).
- Create and execute strategic planning on store development.
- To continuously develop good relationship with the Developers / Landlord so as to get first hand store development opportunities.

- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in business development or equivalent.
- Experience in reviewing tenancy agreement, project management, negotiating, communication, public relation, commercial real estate knowledge - sourcing, renting, etc.
