【Job Summary】
- Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment from business development, sourcing candidates, conduct primary screening until candidate joining.
- Consulting with international and local clients on their hiring needs, developing a good understanding of client companies and offer expert advice to clients on market conditions, trends and salary range.
- Proactive high-level candidate sourcing via job portal, LinkedIn and other platforms available, briefing the candidate about the job, coordinating interview arrangement, negotiating salary, finalizing arrangements between client and candidates.

【Requirements】
- Prior experience as recruitment consultant is a major advantage.
- Experience in writing business emails and reports in English is a must.
