【Job Summary】
- Perform commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting for the company's product at customer site.
- Provide support (mechanical, electrical, and application wise) to customer via remote support or on-site support.
- Manage parts/maintenance order (specifications information customized according to customer's application), Sample Test for parameter checking, translating products manual (English-Japanese) for customer's and engineer's use, Operator Training for using the system, On-Line check at customer's site.
【Requirements】
- Preferably fresh graduates or 1 year of experience (full training will be provided)
- Must be fluent in Japanese, minimum JLPT N2
