Hiring Company Industry: International trading firm in various production/manufacturing industries

Job Summary
- Handle request from users related to IT system / infrastructures.
- Install, modify and repair server / networking hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
- Perform scheduled maintenance to hardware and infrastructures.
- Work with external vendors / outsources in supporting in-house system / applications.

- Minimum 3 - 5 years working experience in IT support /Administrative duties; possess work experience in multi-national companies with users of different cultures and diversity is an advantage
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications.
- Knowledge of Fortinet Firewall, Switches, Wireless Management / Support.
