- To provide on-site quality support at customer site to clarify the quality issue.
- To summarizes customer reject during on-site checking by analyzing the result and report to Japan HQ site.
- To coordinating sample shipment and follow up between customer, supplier and HQ for failure analysis (FA) purpose.
