- Responsible to handle full project from menu innovation, photo shooting, sourcing, costing, completed SOP, product testing with Management etc.
- Responsible to refine product recipes and formulations.
- Responsible to develop annual planning menu launches.

【Requirements】
- Ideally candidate with minimum 10 years of working experience in western kitchen, preferably in Head Chef / Product Development functions
- Proficient in MS Office eg Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledgeable in Food Science & Technology/ Halal/ Food Safety.
