Job Summary
- Review contract and bid documents, process licensor’s requirements, client’s requirements.
- Establish Piping Material Specification and piping standard assemblies., as well as Insulation Specification and Painting Specification.
- Prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) report based on vendor quotation and technical clarification outcome.

- Minimum 10 years of working experience in the related field.
- Solid knowledge in International codes such as ASME 31.3, API, ASTM, BS, JIP 33, etc. Familiar with the basis of calculations stated in ASME B31.3
- Good material database skill and experience to work in integrated material control systems.
