- Manage administrative tasks for day-to-day recruitment and new joiner onboarding.
- Perform system maintenance and manage administrative tasks related to hiring, employee movement (promotion, demotion, lateral transfers within legal entity and inter-company transfers).
- Work closely with TA Specialist, process TA vendor invoices and ensuring timely submission for payment.

【Requirements】
- Preferably with 1 to 2 years of recruitment related work experience, supporting Japan.
- Demonstrates a service-oriented mindset and possesses good interpersonal and communication skills.
- JLPT N1 or N2 qualification is a must for this role.
