Job Summary
- Responsible for making arrangements for visitor, along with handling office administration tasks
- Supporting new business development through tasks such as market research, and scheduling appointments with potential partners, as well to compile monthly internal reports related to Energy businesses.
- Facilitating and coordinating domestic events related to LNG business including golf events, conferences and social gatherings, etc.

【Requirements】
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the corporate business environment, ideally to have prior experience in the related functions such as market research.
- Basic knowledge or possess practical experience in secretarial functions such as meeting arrangement, claim processing etc.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
