- Attend to customer enquiries on maintenance, and respond them as the first tier of maintenance team.
- Manage trouble ticket, keep track and update all stakeholders including the customer on trouble shooting progress.

【Requirements】
- Possess IT related certification such as CCNA or Azure Fundametals, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to handle PC / Network / Server trouble shooting, basic IT related issues.
