【Job Summary】

Job Summary:
- Supervise and management of daily OTC operational performance and meet targets including Service Level Agreements with client.
- Act as a clear escalation route to the client for service related issues and facilitate resolution of issues.
- Facilitate the operational Change Request (CR) process
【Requirements】
- Preferably candidate with related working experience in the telecommunications environment.
- Literacy in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Access will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in English & Japanese language; JLPT N2 or above.
