Job Summary:
- Collaborates with the Questionnaires Content Manager to maintain accurate client and product information in the Qvidian database on a quarterly basis
- Managing the questionnaire preparation process, applying the correct format and templates, updating questionnaires on SharePoint, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Completes quarterly data updates in Qvidian, communicates changes to linked records, and develops procedures and processes to improve quality and efficiency.

- Detail-oriented with a willingness to ask clarifying questions to ensure project completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with Qvidian is a plus.
- Proficiency in English & Japanese language; JLPT N2 or above.
