Job Summary
- Conduct critical analyses of the entire production process from inception to delivery.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
- Manage schedules and coordinate across teams to uphold seamless quality control processes.

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in PCBA quality assurance and testing.
- Experience with automated inspection equipment and surface-mount technology (SMT).
- Certification in IPC-A-610 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies) or equivalent.
