Responsibilities:·
Managing and executing full life-cycle recruitment :
- Sourcing for candidates (Jobstreet, Linkedin , Facebook,Indeed,etc),conduct primary screening until candidate joining, business development Clients follow up
- Market research and find potential clients
- Meeting with clients to understand their needs· Consulting with international and local clients on their hiring needs, developing a good understanding of client companies and offer expert advice to clients on market conditions, trends and salary range.

Sales training will be provided
- How to speak with Candidates / Clients
- How to convince candidates/Clients
- Negotiation
- Industry knowledge share

Monthly Salary: 
RM3000 ~ 4000 + Commission
 

- Ideally candidate with at least 1 year experience in Sales or Recruitment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Actively making phone calls
- Willing to learn new industry knowledge
- Prior experience as recruitment consultant is a major advantage.
