Job Summary
- Responsible to manage and mentor the artist/talent on shaping their public image.
- Manage of the overall schedules and ensuring that artist/talent are prepared for their commitments.
- Working closely with creative and marketing to ensure a cohesive strategy to be implemented on the artist/talent.

- Ideally candidate with prior experience in a similar role as an Artist Manager, Assistant Artist Manager, or within the entertainment industry.
- Fluency in Japanese and English is required (both written and spoken).
- High degree of flexibility regarding work hours and the ability to travel frequently as required by the artist’s schedule.
