Job Summary
- Respond to all customer inquiries via various platforms including but not limited to emails, WhatsApp, Telegram, customer service software, social media, etc.
- Support on virtual and live in person event help desk moderation (i.e. online chats, help desk) sharing sales links and answering general customer questions.
- Assist in solving challenging customer complaints/issues and handle de-escalations where needed.

【Requirements】
- Minimum 1-2 years customer service experience.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks including competency in Google workplace including Shared Drives, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and comfortable using customer service software platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
