- Responsible for providing support and first level troubleshooting for inquiries from users of the PC products.
- Answer users' calls and provide professional and comprehensive technical support and customer service
- Resolve technical problems of customer and provide pre-sales and after-sales consultation services.

【Requirements】


- Ideally candidate with minimum 1-2 years of working experience in customer service/helpdesk support operations.
- Strong interpersonal skills to provide effective customer service.
- Proficient in English and Japanese language (JLPT N1).
