Job Summary
- Manage calls, handle correspondence, prepare reports, and maintain confidential documentation and filing systems.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate with internal and external parties, and arrange travel and accommodation for business trips.
- Organize mail flow, prepare printed materials, and greet and direct visitors professionally.

【Requirements】


- Minimum of 1 year related work experience in secretarial and administrative field.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (Must).
