Job Summary
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors/clients for the flawless execution of projects.
- Work with resource management on resource planning, availability and allocation according to projects pipeline.
- Track and analyze projects' performance, expenditures, procurement and report about any possible or current blockers, risks, overflows, deficits.

- Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in project coordinating or project management in any industry.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingual (Japanese & English) communication skills, both verbal and written.
