Job Summary
- To arrange the overall processes of staff recruitment, e.g. coordinate and scheduling interviews, reserving conference rooms, and preparing recruiting-related meetings.
- Perform pre and post on-boarding activities for new hires, e.g. arrange pre-employment medical examination, staff ID & e-mail creation, new employee orientation and etc.
- To administer in all employment process such as staff employment offer, orientation, training, transfer, termination, compensation, etc.

【Requirements】
- Minimum of 4-5 years of related working experience in talent acquisition as well as generalist HR role.
- Preferably candidate prior experienced in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
