- To supervise on the daily Call Centre operations performance for Japanese customer.
- Ensure the operations for Japanese team is in compliance with internal policy and guideline as well as BNM requirements.
- Manage, review and take corrective action with respect to the performance and operation of Japanese Team.

【Requirements】


- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a call center operations.
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Proficiency in Japanese (minimum JLPT N2) and English.
