Job Summary
- Act as main translator in physical business meeting or for business documentations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both on-site and off-site.
- Handle private & confidential matters, general correspondence, arrange appointments.

【Requirements】


- Minimum 5 years of Personal Assistant/Executive secretary experience in a corporate setting
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, diligent, self- motivated with a positive working attitude
- Japanese communication skills on a business communication level are required (JLPT N2 certified)
