【Job Summary】
Hiring Company Industry: Operation of Japanese Izakaya Restaurant.
Job Summary:
- Management of General Administration operation inclusive work VISA, Insurance documentation, Inventories, IT systems and etc.
- Staff payroll calculations, payslip generation & distribution.
- Participate in meeting to prepare minutes, as well to provide translation support as when necessary.
【Requirements】
- Experience in similar administrative / office management roles (F&B industry experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with payroll process, and with basic accounting knowledge.
- Proficient in Japanese language (JLPT N2 level or above)
