Job Summary
- Work closely with the Managing Director, assisting in the development of business strategies
- Expands dealer's networks and executes targeted strategies to improve market coverage
- Engaged in product training, demonstrations, consumer awareness, branding and acquisition initiatives to raise awareness and revenues.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management and preferably with knowledge in industrial products
- Excellent participatory management skills, effective team-builder with high accountability for action
- Proven team management skill (more than 10 headcounts)
