Job Summary
- Oversee IT operations and infrastructure across Principal Hub and Manufacturing sites, ensuring system uptime, user support, and vendor management.
- Lead cybersecurity, IT governance, and compliance initiatives, including policy development, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage core business systems (SAP Hana, Joget, CRM, SCM, Payroll, Accounting, E-invoicing, Purchasing), ensuring stability, scalability, and smooth integration.

- Proven experience in managing IT systems (SAP/CRM/SCM) and vendor support, ideally from manufacturing background.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance frameworks, and IT governance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to align IT strategy with business needs.
