- Collaborate with HQ to plan and implement company structure, manpower forecasting, and workforce planning
- Manage factory-related licenses and renewals, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and inspection procedures

【Requirements】


- Minimum 5 years of working experience in HR & Administration functions
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Strong understanding of the Employment Act 1955 and related regulations
